Last year was full of change and industry reforms. Reflecting on a tough trading environment, Ray White NSW/ACT CEO Tim Snell praised the network for its resilience and growth at the opening of the awards.

Despite these challenges, we stayed focused on doing what we do best. It was rewarding to see that effort recognised, with our team taking home seven titles at the 2026 NSW/ACT Awards:

Our director Geoff Smith was named No. 3 Principal locally and No. 6 International Principal, alongside his team: Geoff Allan, Ross Nesdale, Leonard Van der Velde, Kristy Lee and Isabelle Whitehead.
