Taronga Zoo

Home to the iconic Taronga Zoo, Mosman shows off Sydney Harbour and its cityscape from one of the world’s best zoological parks. Taronga Zoo welcomes millions of visitors each year through its historical gates, many Mosmanites purchase annual passes visiting Taronga and its residents as often as they like. Located on Bradleys Head Road, Taronga Zoo is accessible by bus, ferry or car with parking available onsite.

Harbour Beaches

Bordered by the best harbour beaches in Sydney, Mosman is famous for its protected and picturesque beachscapes. Balmoral Beach is the most well-known of the bunch with celebrated eateries lining The Esplanade along with a playground and the historic rotunda. A local’s favourite, Chinamans Beach is tucked away adjoining Rosherville Reserve and similarly Clifton Gardens Beach and dog friendly Sirius Cove Beach also neighbour parkland reserves.
