Geoff has been delivering real estate agency services across differing market cycles for over 25 years. With his friend and colleague Richard Harding, Geoff established the Ray White Lower North Shore Group 20 years ago in Mosman, leading the pursuit of prestige property sales across the Balmoral & Mosman elevation. As Co- founder and Director, Geoff still retains a hands on approach to business activity leading a market engagement team responsible for creative, strategy and engagement of the prestige property market across the lower north shore.
Authenticity is still the heart of his agency’s identity, an attribute seen as a resilient quality which the community can point to and identify. In creating a ‘built to last’ agency over the last 20 years, Geoff accentuates the importance of integrity. Through this approach, Geoff makes culture not strategy, as the determinant for sustainable and positive outcomes across differing market cycles.
