Maintenance request

Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 19th December 2025 and will re-open at 8:30am on Monday 5th January 2026.

During the holiday period, a limited team will be available from 2nd January to assist with any urgent matters.

Rent will be receipted as usual throughout this period so we kindly ask you to continue to make rental payments as normal. Please be mindful of public holidays, as they may cause delays in processing payments.

If you encounter an urgent issue between 22nd December 2025 and 2nd January 2026, please contact Angelica Murcia on 02 8969 4126 or Erica Rounds on 02 8383 5369.
