In conversation with the Lower North Shore

•By Kay Wong

The Real Estate of Origin marked a high-energy call blitz across our team yesterday.

We spent the day having conversations with our local community about market shifts, policy changes and property updates.

The morning kicked off with three essentials: fresh coffee (courtesy of Domain), a discussion on strategy and motivation (led by our Director, Geoff Smith) and first-hand industry insights (from Callum Hogan, Ray White’s Head of Performance NSW/ACT).

In a shifting market where interest rates, pricing and timing dominate every decision, these regular touchpoints matter. Our role goes beyond transactions. It’s about providing clear and informative context so our clients feel informed and confident when making property choices.

By the end of the day, we made over 1,094 interactions with local homeowners and buyers to assist them with property solutions.

If we missed you and you’d like an updated view on local values or a confidential chat about your property goals, we’re here to help.
