Respected Sales Leader Joins Ray White Lower North Shore Group

By Kay Wong

Respected sales leader Casey Mikhael has joined the team at Ray White Lower North Shore Group, with a mandate to grow the performance and expansion of the sales team.

This is the third appointment in recent months in the sales team with key agents Chris Davies and Colin Craig joining the business, reinforcing the continued growth focus of the company and ability to attract key talent.

Mr Mikhael, who has a strong history working with sales teams across the lower north shore, is excited about the prospect of working with a business that balances performance with cultural ethos and respect.

“I have watched from afar how the company not only performs but works across the community and real estate ecosystem – it is a business that is always striving to exceed expectations internally and externally.”

The appointment comes at a time where the founder and director, Richard Harding, sees opportunity for the team across many levels.

“Casey has a pedigree of growing performance, and this ability to work with our teams and management will allow us to further grow not only our market share but the careers of our staff.”

The appointment comes at an exciting time for the business, as it looks to further grow its market share position from its existing stronghold.

Mr Mikhael has been part of the development and build out of local brands in the area, to name a few and has a respected following throughout the industry.

Mr Mikhael started with the business on July 16th.
