In Conversation with Thomas McGlynn

•By Kay Wong

Ahead of our quarterly market update, our Director, Richard Harding, sat down with Thomas McGlynn, Ray White’s CEO of Performance and Value, to discuss how our team has been navigating the current market.

While the broader market is moving on a different trajectory compared to the last couple of years, Sydney’s Lower North Shore remains highly desirable due to its tight stock levels and high owner-occupier rate. We continue to see impressive numbers through our open homes, with strong performance in the luxury sector, as well as the retail and commercial markets.

As investor activity has eased since May, super funds have come into play over the past quarter. At the same time, first-home buyers are seizing the opportunity by taking advantage of current government schemes.

Through regular professional training and the support of Australasia’s largest real estate network, our team is well positioned to lead the Lower North Shore through an evolving real estate landscape.

Regardless of market shifts, our core focus stays the same: building good relationships and delivering the best possible outcomes for every client who trusts us with their property.

With Q3 now behind us and the spring market in full swing, stay tuned for our quarterly breakdown coming shortly.
