We sold Jack and Doreen’s place in Cremorne Point to Marcus. Marcus had been looking for an investment property for a while in the area and could see real potential in their gorgeous, three-bedroom house overlooking Mosman Bay.
Marcus met with us to discuss what the potential rental value could be and we suggested that if he made a few updates to the property, he could achieve a better rental price. Marcus went to town and put in a new kitchen, revamped the bathrooms, installed new flooring and gave the whole house, inside and out, a lick of paint. Sam revised the rental value, advertised it online and found the perfect tenants within a few weeks. David, Sarah, Milli and Tara love their new home and especially the incredible view.
