Margie Knapp, joins the team as our Tenant Compliance Manager with a Real Estate career spanning over 35 years.
Beginning her Real Estate career in 1990 and holding Senior Property Management positions with leading agencies across the Lower and Upper North Shore as well as the Sydney CBD, her experience in the field of property management is extensive.
She first joined Ray White Lower North Shore in 2014, becoming an integral part of the team before re-locating to Malaysia. During her time there, Margie dedicated herself to volunteering at the Hriphi Community Learning Centre in Kuala Lumpur, where she taught English to Burmese refugee children and enjoyed the opportunity to travel extensively throughout South East Asia.
Now back in Australia, Margie utilizes her decades of high-level experience to protect the interests of both landlords and tenants. Her primary focus areas include Proactive Communication, Risk Mitigation: and Asset Protection.
Married with 2 children, she is a local resident who enjoys contributing to the local community, travel and experimenting in the kitchen!
