Jethro Hollow is a commercial property professional with over four years’ experience managing retail and office portfolios within institutional and agency environments. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of a property portfolio concentrated in the Lower North Shore, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and delivering consistent performance outcomes for his clients.

Jethro works closely with landlords, tenants and service providers to establish trusted partnerships, focusing on clear communication, responsive problem-solving and long-term relationship building. His practical approach ensures commercial assets remain competitive, well-maintained and aligned with market expectations, helping clients maximise return on investment and tenant satisfaction.  

Beyond his professional experience, Jethro has completed a conjoint degree in Commerce and Property, strengthening his foundation in financial analysis and real estate fundamentals.
