Win a #staycation at The Albert Mosman

  1. The Promoter is: MOZPROP NO 2 PTY LIMITED Trading as Ray White Lower North Shore (company ABN no. 56 082 751 237) whose registered office is at 102 Glover Street, Mosman NSW 2088 (and it’s associated related entities.)
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Ray White Lower North Shore & The Albert Mosman ABN 46 168 723 868 (Emerald City Hotel Group) and their close relatives/significant others and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Starting date of the competition is Monday 22nd June 2020 10:30am AEST. Closing date for entry will be Friday 26th June 2020 5pm AEST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
  8. The Promotor and The Albert Mosman (Emerald City Hotel Group) accept no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: The entrant must submit one entry. One entry is accepted as: The entrant following both @raywhitelnsgroup & @thealbertmosman on Instagram. The entrant must “like” the competition Instagram post and “tag” another Instagram user of their choice on the competition Instagram post via the @raywhitelnsgroup Instagram page. The entrant must then tell us via comment on the competition Instagram post in 25 words or less “Why they want to win a staycation at The Albert Mosman.” The entrant must complete these steps in order to have submitted an entry into the competition.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. The prize is as follows: 1 nights accommodation in a Deluxe Heritage Suite at The Albert, Mosman to the value of $459.00 inc GST. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to room availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize cannot be used on the following dates: 19th September,2020 The date before Sydney Marathon; – 30th December, 2020; – 31st December, 2020
  13. Winners will be chosen: By an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
  14. Announcement of Prize winners:
  15. The winner will be notified via the competition Instagram post and/or DM on Instagram within 48 hours of the closing date/time.
  16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  17. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New South Wales Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
  20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and the Promotor’s Privacy Policy referenced below.
  21. The winner’s name may be available for up to 3 months from the competition closing date by emailing mosman.nsw@raywhite.com, with the winner’s consent to release of this information.
