This month we saw approximately;
With the first month of Spring done our office averaged a sale a day throughout September.
Whilst we aren’t seeing an increase in stock levels from August we are seeing days on market shortened over the past month. We attribute this to continued low levels of stock and quality properties on the market. We welcome the easing of restrictions this month, kids slowly going back to school and hope to see more of our community enjoying the outdoors.
