The Resident – Shane, Soul Athletic Club, Mosman

This month, our Resident is Shane Cross, he lives in Manly/Northern Beaches and owns Soul Athletic Club & Soul Mosman located at; 2/357 Military Rd & 44a Avenue Rd. 

How long have you been located in Mosman and what do you love/not love about it?

There’s nothing we would say we don’t love about this place. Close to the beach & city with everything at your fingertips 

Can you share with us your favourite spot for a coffee in the area? 

Soul Athletic Club of course has an amazing café at the gym. But other spots would be Heirloom Café, Bacino & The Source Café. 

And for a feed? 

The Boathouse Balmoral, Bom Bom Salads, Berkelo Mosman. 

And how about retail therapy? Any favourite shops? 

Since I own a gym its Lululemon & Pace Athletic for me

Any local hidden gems you’d be kind enough to share with us?

Our place is Soul Athletic Club. So many beautiful spots in the area: Love Clifton Gardens, Chowder Bay to Taronga Trail Walk.

What’s your favourite room in your home? 

Kitchen Living Area. 

Describe your ideal weekend in the Lower North Shore… 

Morning Workout at Soul followed by a Cold Plunge. Spend the Morning at the Balmoral Beach with the kids. Head to the Cremorne Orpheum for a movie and date night with the wife of an evening. 

Finally, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time? 

Spending time with Family
