Recent Off Market Success

By Claire Tracey

We are thrilled to let you know that in recent weeks, we have achieved great success right across the Lower North Shore with off-market sales, quietly selling 7 properties in the last month alone!

Each of these 7 sales had originally signed with us to go to full campaigns in Spring. However, with our network of highly qualified contacts, we were able to match the perfect buyer to their ideal home prior to going to the market.

One of the most remarkable of these sales was 13 The Battlement, Castlecrag which sold for a whopping $5,000,000 within 48 hours of signing up with selling agent, Stewart Gordon!

Currently, we have 31,719 (and counting) buyers on our database. Approximately ten thousand of whom are actively searching and receive a weekly email showcasing our exclusive off market properties.

Knowing the buyers as well as we do makes the selling process much faster and less stressful. With our superior database of current buyers, as well as having over 25 agents advocating for your property, it is no surprise that we manage to sell so many without going on the market.
