Anthony and Justin remain independent sales agents, however, several clients have called on them to combine their skills on recent and up and coming projects. They collaborate to a common goal, which is always to ‘maximise price’ for their clients.

Simply put, you can employ Anthony, Justin or both to assist you through the next phase of your real estate journey.

An update from Anthony

Recent healthy sales at 13 Lumsden Street, 5 Cammeray Road and 2 The Boulevarde indicate positivity within the Cammeray market in contrast to the softening conditions at the end of last year. A perfect example of this shift is the sale of 9/365 Miller Street, Cammeray. Under Anthony’s advice, this property was withdrawn from sale prior to Christmas only to be relaunched this year in a more energetic market selling for over $120,000 more than an offer they received prior to Christmas.

An update from Justin

2018 has started strongly with exceptional interest generated around new sales listings. An illustration of this is the recent sale of 55 Jenkins Street Cammeray. This property was offered for the first time in over 60 years with incredible potential to capitalise on its 280sqm block. 55 Jenkins Street was sold under the hammer well above the reserve.
