Joan’s tenant was moving out. We were getting ready to advertise it when Claire called Robert. Robert was looking for a townhouse in Cremorne and wanted a small outdoor space that allowed pets; he has a dog called Mambo.
Claire sent him some photos of Joan’s place and he was thrilled, not just because the property was exactly what he was looking for, but because Claire chatted to him every Tuesday at 1:30 pm to keep him in the loop and see how his search was going.
Joan was delighted too; no gap in vacancy and no need to advertise.
