With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, Steph brings a dynamic and diverse skill set to the team. Her journey began at just 17, starting as a leasing agent at Ray White Gladesville before progressing to lead the leasing team and later excelling as a Business Development Manager.

After five years in the industry, Steph embraced new challenges abroad, living in both England and Portugal. During this time, she cultivated a passion for health, fitness, and design, learned a bit of Portuguese and Spanish, and built strong international connections. These experiences shaped her ability to adapt, communicate, and bring a fresh perspective to her work.

Upon returning to Australia, Steph transitioned into real estate sales, where her expertise in marketing, graphic design, project management, and team leadership plays a vital role in streamlining campaigns and delivering first-class client service. With a detail-oriented approach and a genuine drive to help others, Steph ensures both colleagues and clients receive top-tier support, leading to outstanding results across all campaigns.
