One of the Ray White Lower North Groups most valued and long standing family members, Nicole Phelan works directly alongside Director Tim Abbott as the Manager of the Projects and Developments division. Nicole’s broad real estate experience is a true asset in her leadership role along with her friendly, dedicated and highly organised manner.
Respected amongst developers, purchasers and colleagues alike, Nicole thrives on helping a new project come to life. She works closely with architects, interior designers and developers to ensure the seamless launch of numerous prestige residential buildings. Nicole holds a unique insight into all projects marketed by the Ray White Lower North Shore Group, she thrives as the team’s Variation Specialist, resolving bespoke finish requests from buyers for off-the-plan opportunities. Liaising with purchasers on their real estate journey, Nicole also manages the process from exchange to settlement.
