Born and raised in New Zealand, Lauren is a natural people person who can work alongside a variety of personalities. Having studied and worked in the education sector before joining us, Lauren brings drive, detail-orientation, and a smile to the table.

Starting out at Ray White as a front of house administrator in 2017, Lauren’s knack for putting 110% into everything, quickly led her to take on more responsibility. As well as managing client relationships and keeping them updated every step of the journey to sale, Lauren also supported a large sales team with contracts administration and compliance. Her team-player attitude helped everyone achieve (and often exceed) their goals and her involvement with every touchpoint set her up with an extensive knowledge of our wider admin process. Ever since, she has been an absolute asset.
