James Harding

He works alongside Tim Abbott, widely regarded as the leading development site specialist across the Lower North Shore, gaining hands-on exposure to some of the region's most significant project sales. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS and a strong grasp of planning controls and development feasibility, giving clients clear, commercially focused advice from appraisal to settlement.

Despite being early in his career, James has already negotiated the sale of a block of units held within the same family for over 90 years, a DA-approved heritage residence, and an off-market Low & Mid Rise development site in Mosman - with a consistent focus on certainty, transparency and strong outcomes for vendors.
