James Harding

James is an integrral member of the Projects team as a Site Sales Executive, bringing a strong foundation in real estate and a clear focus on building meaningful relationships with Homeowners, Investors, Developers, and Builders. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and is committed to advancing his career in the real estate industry.

Having lived on the Lower North Shore for the majority of his life, James has a deep understanding of the local market. Prior to joining the team, he gained valuable experience in leasing and property management at an ASX-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), where he honed his market knowledge and professional skills.

In his personal time, James is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying rugby, cricket, golf, and surfing. His passion for these activities reflects his dedication to personal growth. James is focused on building a long-term career in real estate, with a particular interest in specialising in site sales and the acquisition of development sites.

James is currently managing the sale of two vacant land parcels, a DA approved duplex site, and a development site featuring a house built in 1906. He also has a number of exciting new opportunities coming soon to the market...
