Brittnie Smith

Quickly working her way up the ranks to the position of Property Manager, Brittnie Smith combines her business smarts with a kind-hearted approach in her fast-paced role within the Ray White Lower North Shore Group.

Brittnie is highly organised and is the tenant’s main point of contract during their tenancy. She is meticulous in her methodology by quickly executing maintenance requests and conducting regular routine inspects. With a holistic understanding of Property Management, Brittnie began her real estate journey on the leasing side providing her with a solid understanding of tenants and their needs. Brittnie considers herself to be a problem solver which is what drives her within the real estate industry. ‘Everyday there is a different problem to solve, it keeps the day interesting and provides satisfaction once the issue is resolved’, Brittnie explains.

Happiest when she is outdoors, Brittnie is a rock-climbing enthusiast and keen gym goer. She likes to be on the move and enjoys physically viewing the properties she manages on Sydney’s picturesque Lower North Shore.
